Returns and refund policy

If Throne One isn’t the right fit, you can return it within 90 days of shipping. Here’s everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and membership cancellation.

Updated over a month ago

You have 90 days to decide

We built Throne to be something you stick with. But if it’s not working for you, you can return your device within 90 days of the shipping date for a full refund, minus any original shipping charges.

We ask that devices come back in like-new condition, with all original accessories included. If parts are missing or damaged, your refund may be partial.

Before you return it, feel free to reach out. Sometimes a quick fix, like a firmware update, device repositioning, or tip on hydration logging, can make all the difference.

What’s eligible for return

You can return:

  • The Throne One device

  • Included accessories: charger, buttons, and mount

Membership fees are separate and not refundable once your subscription has started, but you can cancel your membership at any time (see below).

How to start a return

Contact Throne Support with your order number and reason for return. Once we’ve verified eligibility, we’ll send a prepaid shipping label and instructions for packing.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund. We’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take another 5–10 days to post it to your account.

Don’t forget to cancel your membership

While you’re boxing up your Throne One, be sure to cancel your membership in the Throne app. Here are the steps:

  • Open the Throne app

  • Go to Account > Membership

  • Tap Cancel Membership and follow the prompts

You’ll keep access until the end of your billing period. If you’re having issues canceling in-app, contact support and we’ll take care of it for you.
