Before You Start
You can reset your password anytime through the Throne app or from the login screen.
You’ll need access to the email address linked to your Throne account to confirm the reset.
If you’ve changed your email or lost access, skip to the Recovery tips section below.
Reset Your Password From The Login Screen
If you can’t log in:
Open the Throne app.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?
Enter the email address associated with your Throne account.
Check your inbox for an email from throne-logger titled Reset your password.
Tap the Reset Password button in the email.
Create and confirm your new password.
Choose a password that’s at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, or symbols.
Your password will update immediately, and you can log back in using your new credentials.
You’ll now be able to continue using your Throne normally, with your account securely updated.
Tip: If you don’t see the reset email, check your spam or promotions folder, or retry again ensuring spelling is correct.
