Before You Start
You’ll need:
Your phone and an internet connection
Access to your email inbox (for verification)
Your Throne device nearby (if you plan to connect right after sign-up)
The entire process takes about 3–5 minutes.
Note: At this time Throne is still pre-launch and only available to those personally invited at this time.
Download The Throne App
You must have iOS 16 or Android 14 or greater Operating System versions running on your mobile device to download the Throne app. Please select the appropriate app to begin transforming your routine moments into useful health insights.
Note: If on iOS you will first be asked to download TestFlight if you do not have it. Then, you’ll be able to install the Throne app.
Create Your Account
On the welcome screen, tap Create account.
Enter your email address and create a secure password.
Tap Continue.
Check your email for a verification link and tap it to confirm your account.
Note: If you don’t see the verification email, check your spam or promotions folder.
Accept The User Agreement
Before you can proceed, you’ll be asked to review:
Throne’s User Agreement
Throne’s Privacy Policy
Tap Agree and Continue once you’ve reviewed both.
These terms explain how Throne processes your data (never shared, always encrypted) and how your device works as a wellness tool, not a medical product.
Verify Your Email
Once your initial setup is complete, check your inbox for an email from Throne with the subject line Verify your email from throne-logger.
Open the message and tap the Verify email button.
You’ll see confirmation that your email is verified.
Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.
Once your account and permissions are confirmed, you’ll return to the setup screen to walk through the rest of the User Onboarding process.
