Your Data And Membership Stay With You
When you replace a Throne device, nothing about your account changes. Your membership, session history, and personal insights are tied to your account, not the hardware.
Swapping to a new device is a re-link, not a restart.
Unlink Your Old Device
Before adding a new device, remove the previous one from your account:
Open the Throne app and tap the orange profile icon in the top right corner.
Under My Devices, tap the device you want to remove.
Tap Unlink Device and follow the in-app prompts.
The old device will no longer appear under your account. Your data is not affected.

Add Your New Device
Once the old device is removed, connect the new device:
Under My Devices, tap (+) Add Device.
Place your phone near the new Throne device.
Follow the on-screen steps to pair and connect to Wi-Fi.
Reassign your button or confirm Hands Free mode when prompted.
Your existing membership is tied to your account. No new subscription is needed.

If You Share This Device With Others
Each person who used the old device will need to repeat this process from their own account. The new device supports up to six members, but each person must re-link individually.
