Do I Need A Throne Membership To Use Throne?

Yes. A Throne Membership ($6/month or $70/yr) is required to unlock access to real-time insights, personalized recommendations, and trend analysis in the Throne app. Your membership allows us to constantly improve our AI models and app experience.


How Do I Set Up My Throne Device?

Setup is simple:

  1. Download and open the Throne app.

  2. Create your Throne account and activate your membership.

  3. Follow the easy, guided instructions within the app to pair and install your device.


Can Multiple Users Use The Same Throne Device And Toilet?

Absolutely! Throne is designed to support up to 6 users in two convenient ways:

  • Hands-Free Magic: Throne One uses proximity detection and Bluetooth to automatically recognize who's using it. Just keep your phone nearby, and let Throne handle the rest.

  • Dedicated Buttons: You can also pair up to two users directly to the physical buttons on the device, perfect for those midnight trips without your phone.

Note: Each user will need their own Throne account and active membership to receive personalized health insights.


How Often Do I Need To Charge My Throne Device?

Throne One has a battery life of 25+ days per charge with normal use. We recommend charging whenever the Throne app indicates low battery levels.


How Do I Clean My Throne Device?

Use a soft cloth or gentle wipe with mild soap or a non-abrasive household cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia to prevent damage. Regularly cleaning the lens helps maintain accuracy.


What If My Throne Device Gets Wet?
