How To Unlink A Throne Device From Your Account

You can unlink a Throne Device from your account directly in the Throne app. Unlinking a device disconnects it from your profile so it no longer records or associates new sessions with your data.

Unlinking Is Often Used When

  • You are replacing or returning a device

  • Changing the users linked to a specific device

  • You no longer plan to use the device


Important To Know Before Unlinking A Device

  • Unlinking a device does not delete your past sessions: Any sessions already recorded will remain visible in your account unless they are manually deleted. You can read more about How To Delete A Session In The Throne App.

  • Once unlinked, the device will stop logging data to your profile.
    No new sessions from the unlinked device will be associated with your account until the device is linked again.


How To Unlink A Throne Device

  1. Open the Throne app.

  2. Tap the Throne Icon in the top left corner.

  3. Select the device you would like to unlink.

  4. Select Unlink Device.

  5. Follow the prompts to put your Throne into Pairing mode

  6. Confirm you would like to Unlink your Device.

  7. Once confirmed, the device will be removed from your account.


After Unlinking A Device

  • The device can be linked to another account if needed.

  • Your existing data remains intact.

  • If you relink the same device later, new authenticated sessions will begin associating with your profile again from the paired device.
