Unlinking Is Often Used When
You are replacing or returning a device
Changing the users linked to a specific device
You no longer plan to use the device
Important To Know Before Unlinking A Device
Unlinking a device does not delete your past sessions: Any sessions already recorded will remain visible in your account unless they are manually deleted. You can read more about How To Delete A Session In The Throne App.
Once unlinked, the device will stop logging data to your profile.
No new sessions from the unlinked device will be associated with your account until the device is linked again.
How To Unlink A Throne Device
Open the Throne app.
Tap the Throne Icon in the top left corner.
Select the device you would like to unlink.
Select Unlink Device.
Follow the prompts to put your Throne into Pairing mode
Confirm you would like to Unlink your Device.
Once confirmed, the device will be removed from your account.
After Unlinking A Device
The device can be linked to another account if needed.
Your existing data remains intact.
If you relink the same device later, new authenticated sessions will begin associating with your profile again from the paired device.
