What You Will Need
Your Throne device powered on
Access to the device buttons
The Throne app installed on your phone
The reset process takes about 20 seconds.
Locate Button 1 on the Device
Button 1 is located on the Throne device near the camera housing.
Make sure the device is powered on before continuing.
Press and Hold Button 1
Press and hold Button 1 continuously.
After about 15 seconds, the red LEDs around the camera will begin to illuminate
Continue holding the button as the red LEDs slowly fill the entire ring
Note: Do not release the button during this process until complete.
Complete the Reset
At approximately 15 seconds:
The factory reset will begin
The red LED ring will pulse three times
Once the pulsing starts, the reset cannot be stopped.
Release the button after the pulsing completes.
Confirm the Reset Is Complete
After the reset:
All button assignments are cleared
The device is removed from all user accounts
Pairing and WiFi settings are erased
The Throne device is now ready to be added again as a new device.
Re-Add Your Throne Device
To use your Throne again:
Open the Throne app
Tap the orange profile icon in the top right corner
Under My Devices, tap Add Device
Follow the onboarding steps to reconnect the device
Each household user will need to reconnect the device to their own account if applicable.

Important Notes
A factory reset does not delete your account or past session history
Only device connections and button assignments are removed
Resetting should be used only when needed
