What Is The Session Summary In My Week In Review?

A breakdown of how many sessions were recorded this week, what type they were, and which days Throne was active.

Updated over a month ago

The Session Summary is the first data section in your Week in Review. It provides a quick snapshot of your overall bathroom activity for the reporting period.

What Does the Session Summary Show?

Sessions per Week

This is the total number of sessions Throne recorded during the reporting period.

It includes both pee and stool sessions.

Sessions per Day

This is your daily average number of sessions for the week.

It helps you understand how consistently you are using the device across days.

Session Types

Your sessions are broken into two categories:

  • Pee
    Urination only sessions.

  • Stool
Sessions where a bowel movement was detected.

This breakdown helps you see the balance between hydration related sessions and digestion related sessions.

Days Active

This row shows which days Throne recorded at least one session.

Each day of the week appears as a circle. A checkmark indicates that at least one session was recorded on that day.

This helps you quickly identify gaps in usage or changes in routine.

Why Does This Matter?

Tracking your total sessions week over week helps you understand your overall bathroom rhythm.

Changes in:

  • Total session count

  • Session type balance

  • Number of active days

can reflect shifts in hydration, digestion, travel, routine changes, or device usage.

For example, a sudden drop in active days may indicate the device was not used consistently or that your daily routine changed.

In Summary

The Session Summary helps you:

  • See your total weekly bathroom activity

  • Understand your average daily use

  • Track pee versus stool sessions

  • Identify which days Throne was active

It is designed to give you a simple, high level view before diving into deeper weekly metrics.
