What Is the Week In Review?

The Week in Review is a weekly report inside the Throne app that gives you a high level look at how your body performed over the past seven days.

It summarizes your sessions, scores, and patterns and compares them to your personal baseline. The goal is simple. Help you notice meaningful shifts early and understand how your body is trending over time.

Think of it as your weekly check in.


What Is Included In The Week In Review?

The report is organized into clear sections so you can move from overview to detail.

Session Summary

A snapshot of your activity for the week, including:

  • Total sessions

  • Pee versus stool sessions

  • Days active

This helps you understand overall engagement and rhythm.


Key Metrics

Six core markers of gut and hydration health compared to your personal baseline.

Each metric will indicate whether it is:

  • Within your normal

  • A significant deviation

This allows you to quickly identify where your body followed its usual pattern and where it shifted.


Gut Health Score And Stool Consistency

This section includes:

  • Your average weekly gut health score

  • Your most common stool consistency

  • Daily charts comparing this week to your normal

It helps you see whether your digestion stayed steady or moved meaningfully outside your expected range.


Hydration

Your hydration section includes:

  • Average weekly hydration score

  • Morning, afternoon, and evening breakdowns

  • Daily comparisons versus your normal

This makes it easier to understand when your hydration shifts are happening, not just that they happened.


Bathroom Habits

This section highlights:

  • Your most common Bathroom Habits score

  • Average total time on toilet

  • Time to first evacuation

  • Wrap up time

It focuses on timing, efficiency, and overall rhythm.


Your Normal

Your baseline is recalculated weekly using your most recent data.

It reflects where your body has been recently, not a static or historical average. Think of it as a grounded expectation for what the coming week might look like.


Where You Stack Up

This section shows how your metrics compare to the broader Throne community for the week.

Your normal is personal. Community comparison simply provides additional context.


How Do I Access the Week in Review?

The Week in Review appears in the Throne app each week.

You can navigate between weeks using the arrows at the top of the screen.


What Does “Within Your Normal” Mean?

Throne compares each metric to your personal baseline, which is built from your historical patterns.

  • When a metric falls within your expected range, it will show Within your normal.

  • When a metric shifts meaningfully outside your usual range, it will show Significant deviation.

Your baseline updates weekly so it reflects your most recent patterns.
