What Are Key Metrics In My Week In Review?

Six markers of your gut and hydration health, each compared to your personal baseline.

Updated over a month ago

The Key Metrics section of your Week in Review provides a side by side view of six important health markers from the past week. Each metric is compared to what Throne has learned is normal for your body.

What Are the Six Key Metrics?

Stool Sessions (Weekly)

The total number of bowel movement sessions recorded during the week.

This helps you understand overall digestive frequency.

Stool Frequency

Your average number of stool sessions per day for the week.

This smooths out daily variation to show your typical weekly rhythm.

Most Common Stool Consistency

The stool consistency type that appeared most often during the week, based on Throne’s analysis.

This reflects the pattern that defined your digestion most consistently across sessions.

Average Hydration Score

Your mean hydration score across all sessions for the week, expressed as a percentage.

This provides a weekly view of how your hydration levels trended.

Pee Sessions per Day (Average)

Your average number of urination sessions per day for the week.

This helps contextualize hydration patterns and daily fluid balance.

Most Common Bathroom Habits Score

The bathroom habits score that appeared most frequently across your sessions during the week.

This reflects your overall efficiency and timing patterns.

How Do I Read the Comparison?

Each card shows:

  • Your current week’s value

  • The difference compared to your previous normal

  • An arrow indicating the direction of change

An upward arrow indicates the metric increased relative to your baseline.

A downward arrow indicates it decreased.

Below the comparison, a status label indicates whether the metric is:

  • Within your normal

  • Significant deviation

This allows you to quickly understand whether the change falls within your expected range.

What Does “Significant Deviation” Mean?

A significant deviation means that week’s metric fell meaningfully outside your established baseline range.

This does not automatically mean something is wrong. Changes in diet, travel, stress, sleep, routine, or hydration can all influence your patterns.

It is simply a signal to be aware of and, if needed, reflect on what may have influenced the shift.

In Summary

The Key Metrics section helps you:

  • See your most important weekly health markers at a glance

  • Compare them directly to your personal baseline

  • Identify meaningful shifts early

  • Understand whether changes fall within your normal range

It is designed to make weekly pattern recognition simple and actionable.
