What Is the Hydration Section in My Week in Review?

Your average weekly hydration score, how it varied by time of day, and a day by day breakdown compared to your personal baseline.

Updated over a month ago

The Hydration section of your Week in Review summarizes how your hydration trended across the week. It breaks your data down in two ways: by time of day and by individual day.

What Does This Section Show?

Average Hydration Score

This is your mean hydration score across all sessions for the week, expressed as a percentage.

You will also see your minimum and maximum hydration scores for the week. This helps you understand the full range of your hydration patterns, not just the average.

Time of Day Breakdown

Your hydration score is separated into three time periods:

  • Morning
Sessions that occurred during morning hours.

  • Afternoon
Sessions recorded during the midday period.

  • Evening
Sessions recorded later in the day.

This breakdown helps you understand whether your hydration tends to be higher or lower at certain times of day.

For example, you may notice strong afternoon hydration but lower morning levels, which can reflect when you typically drink fluids.

What Is the Day by Day Hydration Grid?

The weekly hydration grid shows your hydration score for each day of the week.

Below each daily score, your personal normal is shown for comparison.

Color coding helps you quickly identify days where hydration was meaningfully lower or higher than your baseline.

This makes it easier to spot patterns such as:

  • Consistently low hydration on certain days

  • Improvement across the week

  • Isolated dips that may relate to travel, routine, or activity

Why Does Time of Day Matter?

Hydration naturally fluctuates throughout the day.

Looking at morning versus evening patterns can help you understand whether:

  • You are starting the day already dehydrated

  • Your hydration drops later in the day

  • Your hydration remains steady across all periods

Small, consistent habits such as drinking water first thing in the morning or staying consistent in the evening can influence these patterns over time.

The goal is not perfection. It is awareness.

In Summary

The Hydration section helps you:

  • See your overall hydration trend for the week

  • Understand your highest and lowest hydration points

  • Identify time of day patterns

  • Compare each day to your personal baseline

It is designed to turn daily hydration signals into a clear weekly story.
